Single and multi-image submissions select a live parser with typeId. Email attachment submissions are selected by body shape and use internal mode type 8 instead.

Every reference shows the generated template for both requireLineItems: true and requireLineItems: false. Some document types use the same template for both settings; the two tables remain visible so the request behavior is explicit.
